Single-Family Residential Communities

I prepare covenants and easements for large residential communities, negotiate and prepare transfers of common areas to homeowners associations, the public and conservation organizations.

My builder clients include Soundbuilt Homes, Quadrant Homes, West Tier Development, and Steve Jensen Homes. I serve as outside general counsel for several builders, and the work I perform on their behalf includes most aspects of real estate, contract law and litigation management.
