Residential Multi-Family – Seattle

I provided legal support at every phase of project; creation of the ownership entity, negotiation of the construction contract, representation of the owner for acquiring permanent financing.

My work on the project included formation of the ownership entity, documentation of the investor interests in the owner of the project, preparation of the construction contract, review of construction and permanent loan documentation, and issuance of the legal opinion needed for loan approval.

In addition to this recent project, I have performed legal services from inception through planning on a number of multi‐family projects. Another project, related to the increase in density resulting from the light rail expansion in north Seattle, is currently in the planning stage.

For this project, I participated in the entity formation, buy‐out of the investment partner and creation of a ground lease for the construction site.
