I serve as outside general counsel for a multi-state real estate ownership group, which provides specialized, commercial use space for small businesses and artisans.

The needs of a multi‐state organization, which involve real property acquisition, finance, construction and property management, are met by retaining legal counsel in specialized areas and in other states as needed to address each unique problem that arises.
